Come and buy cheese directly from Canada’s Cheese Guru and his staff at his Cheese of Canada booth.

Cheese produced by Ontario’s small artisanal cheesemakers are difficult to obtain; their production and distribution is limited. Working in direct cooperation with the cheesemakers, Gurth has created a mouth-watering selection of artisanal and of heritage cow, goat and sheep milk cheese. Cheeselovers and foodies will have the opportunity to discover and purchase hard to find delicious artisanal Ontario cheese.
