Love cheese? Join other cheese lovers for an evening of cheese tasting, learning and mingling. Learn about the safety, varying opinions of the health benefits and regulations on Raw Milk Cheese in Canada, from topic experts. Test your pallet by experiencing many different kinds of Canadian Artisanal Cheese, one delicious bite at a time!

Tickets are only $40 (+ tax) and include cheese tasting and a complimentary glass of wine or beer. Part of the proceeds from the event will be given to the Ontario Cheese Society and Slow Food – Toronto convivium.
